Hello, I’m Veena

My path has wandered through many landscapes, from the rich traditions of my Hindu upbringing in India to a busy working life in America. Through all of it, one thing stayed the same: a pull towards helping people heal and grow.

As a young woman I was drawn to psychology and spirituality, and I read everything I could find. Walking alongside friends and family through hard times, I found I had a gift for listening with compassion. That led me to a master’s degree in counseling and a long, fulfilling career as a school counselor and assistant principal. Watching students face their struggles and move towards their dreams gave me immense joy.

After I retired, I turned more deeply to Reiki and the Akashic Records while moving through my own losses. These practices helped me release old patterns, see my life from a gentler perspective, and find my way back to self-love.

Today I share what helped me. I offer one-on-one sessions online, and a small-group course called Coming Home to Be Yourself. Whether you are carrying a relationship that hurts, everyday heaviness, or a feeling of being stuck, I believe in the strength and wisdom already inside you.

I believe every soul already knows its way home. My work is not to give you answers, but to help you remember what you already know.
